本标准规定了埋地钢质管道电化学保护工程中绝缘接头、绝缘法兰的选材、结构设计、制造、组装与试验等基本要求。本标准适用于管输介质温度不超过100℃、设计压力不超过32MPa的绝缘接头和设计压力不超过16MPa的绝缘法兰
