标准简介

本标准规定了离心泵及类似机械旋转轴用焊接金属波纹管机械密封的术语和定义、要求、基本型式、材料代号及布置方式、检验规则与方法、试验方法、安装与使用要求、标志与包装。本标准为焊接金属波纹管机械密封的通用技术规范，适用范围为：a) 轴径：φ20mm～φ120mm；b) 密封腔温度：－40℃～400℃；c) 密封腔压力：单层波纹管≤2.2MPa，双层波纹管≤4.2MPa；d) 速度：旋转型端面平均线速度≤25m/s；静止型端面平均线速度≤50m/s；e) 介质：水、油、溶剂类及一般腐蚀性液91
