标准简介

为贯彻执行《中华人民共和国建筑法》和《中华人民共和国防震减灾法》并实行以预防为主的方针，减轻地震破坏，减少人员伤亡及经济损失，制定本规程。本规程适用于抗震设防烈度为6、7、8和9度地区镇(乡)村(以下简称村镇)建筑的抗震设计与施工。村镇建筑系指乡镇与农村中层数为一、二层，采用木或冷轧带肋钢筋预应力圆孔板楼(屋)盖的一般民用房屋。对于村镇中三层及以上的房屋，或采用钢筋混凝土圈梁、构造柱和楼(屋)盖的房屋，应按现行国家标准《建筑抗震设计规范》GB 50011进行设计。按本规程进行抗震设防的建筑，其91,HG/T 2458,中华人民共和国食品卫生法（1995年）
