本标准规定了制作皮鞋用外底的产品分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则及标识、包装、运输、贮存。本标准适用于天然皮革、橡胶、塑料、橡塑并用材料和多种材料混用等制成的一般穿用的皮鞋用外底，不适用于耐酸、碱、油等劳动防护皮鞋用外底
