标准简介

本标准规定了碳钢、合金钢、不锈钢阀门受压铸钢件的X射线和γ射线照相检测的一般要求、具体要求、射线底片缺陷分类和评定方法、验收要求、射线照相检测记录以及胶片系统的特性指标、射线照相重点检测部位、确定射线源到铸钢件最小距离(f)的方法、黑度计定期校验方法、焦点尺寸计算办法、专用像质计的型式和规格、搭接标记的摆放位置。本标准适用于阀门受压铸钢件(以下简称铸件)的射线检测。配套的管件、法兰等受压铸钢件的射线检测也可参照本标准执行
