标准简介

本标准规定了不同运营商软交换网络之间互通时互通软交换和互通媒体网关设备的技术要求，具体包括:网络结构、互通软交换设备技术要求(包括功能要求、接口和协议要求、性能指标、定时和同步要求、业务量统计和网管要求、操作维护要求、计费要求、硬件要求、软件要求、环境要求、电源和接地要求)、互通媒体网关设备技术要求(包括功能要求、接口和协议要求、性能指标、定时和同步要求、业务量统计和网管要求、操作维护要求、硬件要求、软件要求、环境要求、电源和接地要求)。本标准适用于由运营商提供、维护和管理的互通软交换和互通媒体网关设备。在本标准中，移动运营商软交换网络特指TD-SCDMA/WCDMA移动软交换(R4电路域)网络和 cdma2000数字蜂窝移动通信网传统终端域(LMSD)移动软交换网络，并且将固定软交换网中的软交换设备称为固定软交换，将TD-SCDMAlWCDMA移动软交换网络中的MSC Server，cdma2000数字蜂窝移动通信网传统终端域(LMSD)移动软交换网络中的MSCe统称为移动软交换，将固定软交换和移动软交换合称为软交换
