标准简介

本技术报告定义了电信网的安全需求,规定了安全需求的目的是:保护电信网的资产与资源,保护终端与网络的私有信息,促进跨多个管理域的端到端的安全通信。本技术报告适用于现有的电信网络,并考虑近期内电信网络的发展,特别是下一代网络(NGN)、固网移动网的融合(FMC)的发展。广电传送网不在本技术报告范围之内
