标准简介

为保障国家重要的商品粮和农牧业生产基地健康发展，建设国家生态安全的重要保障区，改善东北黑土区生态环境，为东北黑土区水土流失综合防治工作提供技术支撑，制定本标准。本标准适用于东北黑土区水土流失的综合防治。东北黑土区水土流失的综合防治除执行本标准外，尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定
