标准简介

1.0.1 为科学合理地处理城镇污水处理厂所产生的污泥，减少污泥对环境的不良影响，控制污泥所造成的污染，促进社会的可持续发展，制定本规程。1.0.2 本规程适用于城镇污水处理厂产生的初沉污泥、剩余污泥及其混合污泥处理的方案设计、施工验收、运行管理、安全措施和监测控制。本规程不适用于城镇污水预处理中产生的砂砾和栅渣处理，以及城镇污水处理厂污泥的处置或利用。1.0.3 城镇污水处理厂污泥处理除应符合本规程外，尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定
