标准简介

为了规范建筑结构火灾后的检测鉴定工作，给建筑结构火灾后的处理决策提供技术依据，做到技术先进、科学合理、安全适用、确保质量，制定本标准。本标准适用于工业与民用建筑中混凝土结构、钢结构、砌体结构火灾后的结构检测鉴定。本标准以火灾后建筑结构构件的安全性鉴定为主。结构可靠性鉴定可根据建筑类型，按现行国家标准《民用建筑可靠性鉴定标准》GB 50292或《工业建筑可靠性鉴定标准》GB 50144进行鉴定。火灾后建筑结构鉴定工作，应委托具有结构鉴定资质的独立机构承担。火灾后建筑结构的鉴定，除应符合本标准外，尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定
