标准简介

本标准规定了核电厂常规岛压力容器、承压管道及承重结构等钢制设备构件制作、安装及维修焊接工程,以及辅机本体和转动构件补焊修复工作中的基本要求。本标准适用于碳素钢(含碳量小于等于0.35%)、低合金高强钢、耐热钢及不锈钢等金属材料的焊条电弧焊(SMAW)、钨极惰性气体保护焊(GTAW)、熔化极气体保护焊(MIG、MAG)、药芯焊丝电弧焊(FCAW)、氧-乙炔焊(OAW)和埋弧焊(SAW)等焊接方法。其他材料、构件和焊接方法,可参照本标准制定技术要求
