本规程适用于粮食平房仓、筒仓、浅圆仓、楼房仓、储罐及辅助生产、办公生活设施等粮油仓库项目新建、扩建、改建的建设工程验收。本规程不适用于粮油仓库工程中的铁路专用线、专用码头等独立工程的验收
