标准简介

1.1 本标准规定了利用一些普遍接受的统计工具，对分析石油及石油产品的测试系统的稳定性、精密度和偏差进行持续监控的程序设计和操作方法。注：本标准没有列出适用于本标准测试系统的所有选择条件，也未列出确定本标准的应用频率的所有条件。但是应该考虑以下因素：(1)分析测试系统的使用频率；(2)被测参数的关键程度；(3)从历史数据得到的系统稳定性和精密度情况：(4)经济性；(1)规定、合同或者试验方法的要求。1.2 本标准适用于用连续数值表示结果的、稳定的分析测试系统。1.3 本标准适用于实验室的试验方法。1.4 本标准适用于有效的在线分析系统。1.5 本标准适用于监控测定同一性质的两个分析测试系统之间的差异。注1：对于单变量的在线分析系统的有效性确定可参考ASTM D3764。注2：1.5条中所指的分析系统可-是实验室分析方法或有效的在线分析系统。1.6 本标准假定对于受统计控制的测试系统，采用正态分布足以描述和预测其行为。注：对于非正态分布过程，对试验结果进行转换后可以应用这些工具。如果需要得到进一步指导和了解更多信息，请咨询统计学家
