本大纲适用于频率为50Hz或60Hz的单相、三相静止式有功电能表(以下简称仪表)的型式评价。本大纲不适用于接线端电压超过600V(多相仪表为线对线电压)的静止式仪表、携带式仪表、仪表计度器的数据接口及标准仪表。对架装式仪表，本部分不涉及其机械性能
