1.0.1 为适应城市交通发展的需要，规范我国快速公共汽车交通(以下简称快速公交)系统的工程设计，合理确定快速公交系统设计的主要技术指标，制定本规范。1.0.2 本规范适用于快速公交系统的设计。1.0.3 快速公交系统的设计应根据城市总体规划、城市综合交通规划、城市公共交通专项规划和快速公交系统线网规划进行。1.0.4 快速公交系统的设计应考虑社会效益、环境效益与经济效益的协调统一，遵循以人为本、运行安全、运营高效、资源节约、环境友好的设计原则
