标准简介

1.0.1 为规范生活垃圾焚烧厂项目(以下简称“焚烧厂”)的工程建设和运行管理，保障社会公众利益，提高我国焚烧厂的建设和运行水平，促进垃圾焚烧处理行业的健康发展，制定本评价标准。1.0.2 本标准适用于新建及改扩建，并正式投人运行满一年以上的焚烧厂。分期建设的焚烧厂，可对已建成并投入运行满一年的分期工程进行评价。1.0.3 对焚烧厂的评价应以公正客观、真实可靠、技术适用、装备先进、管理科学、运行规范、污染控制、资源节约、安全保障、环境卫生、垃圾无害化处理为原则。1.0.4 对焚烧厂评价时，除应执行本标准的规定外，尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定
