标准简介

TB/T 3256的本部分规定了铁道机车轮对磁粉检测的设备、工具、器材、磁化规范、性能校验、磁粉检测操作、质量评定和磁粉检测记录等。本部分适用于轮对专用磁粉探伤机对机车轮对的车轴、车轮(非整体轮结构则包括轮箍和铸钢轮心)、从动齿轮的湿法磁粉检测(全悬挂式、半悬挂式除外)。 修理轮对再加工部件及新制轮对组装后加工部位的磁粉检测二次复检可参照本部分执行，二次复检只检查再加工位置
