本标准规定了深海光缆的分类、结构特征、性能要求、试验方法、检验规则以及标识、运输和贮存要求。本标准适用于水深超过1 000m、不超过8 000m的海域中敷设的海底光缆,也适用于同一线路系统中敷设于浅海区段的包含馈电导体的海底光缆缆芯
