本标准规定了额定电压10kV(Um=12 kV)至110kV(Um=126 kV)交联聚乙烯绝缘大长度交流海底电缆(以下海底电缆均指交流海底电缆)的基本结构、型号命名、技术要求、试验及验收规则、包装和贮运。本标准适用于在海底敷设和运行条件下使用的额定电压10kV(Um=12 kV)至110kV(Um=126kV)交联聚乙烯绝缘大长度海底电缆和光纤复合海底电缆。对于横跨江河湖泊的水下电缆，亦可采用本标准
