标准简介

本标准规定了谷物、豆类中总含氮的杜马斯测定法,并规定了由此计算粗蛋白含量的方法。本标准适用于谷物、豆类中粗蛋白质含量的测定。本方法与凯氏定氮法相同,不能区分蛋白氮、非蛋白氮。计算蛋白质含量使用不同的换算系数。当称样量为0.1g时,本标准方法总氮含量的检出限为0.02%
