标准简介

警告：实验中所使用的内标、替代物和标准样品均为易挥发的有毒化学品，其溶液配制应在通风橱中进行操作，操作时应按规定要求佩戴防护器具，避免接触皮肤和衣物。本标准规定了测定土壤和沉积物中挥发性有机物的吹扫捕集/气相色谱-质谱法。本标准适用于土壤和沉积物中65种挥发性有机物的测定。若通过验证本标准也可适用于其他挥发性有机物的测定。当样品量为5g，用标准四极杆质谱进行全扫描分析时，目标物的方法检出限为0.2～3.2μg/kg，测定下限为0.8～12.8μg/kg，详见附录A
