标准简介

本标准规定了通信网支持智能交通系统(Intelligent Transport Systems,简称ITS)的总体框架和技术要求,包括对系统的通信架构、接口和异常处理的要求,以及对感知延伸层、网络层、业务支撑层、数据储存、安全性、QoS的要求等。本标准适用于基于通信网及信息服务的道路交通的智能交通系统,不适用于基于IETF RFC 1918和IETF RFC 4193、使用私有IP地址的专用网络的ITS系统
