标准简介

本标准规定了冻熟对虾产品的要求、试验方法、检验规则、标识、包装、贮存和运输。本标准适用于以南美白对虾(学名为凡纳滨对虾,Penaeus vanammi)、日本对虾(Penaeus japonzcus)、斑节对虾(Pinaeus monodon Fabricius)、中国对虾(Penaeus chinesis)、长毛对虾(Penaeus penicillatus)、墨吉对虾(Penaeus merguiensis)、刀额新对虾(Metapenaeus ensis)等为原料,经挑选、清洗、蒸煮、速冻、包装制成的冻熟全虾;其他品种的冻熟虾可参照执行
