本标准规定了再生资源分拣中心的性质、设立原则、建设规范及经营管理要求。本标准适用于再生资源分拣中心，包括废钢铁、废有色金属、废弃电器电子产品、报废机电设备产品、废造纸原料、废塑料、废轮胎、废化轻原料、废玻璃等分拣中心的设立、建设和经营管理服务活动。不适用于我国法律法规和规章另有规定的进口可用作原料的固体废物、危险废物、报废汽车等分拣中心的设立、建设和经营管理活动
