标准简介

本标准规定了商用电磁灶及灶单元类产品的术语和定义、分类与型号命名、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输、贮存。本标准适用于在商用场合使用，以电磁方式加热的灶具及灶单元，其额定电压单相器具不超过250V，其他器具不超过480V。利用其他能源形式或其他加热方式的组合式器具，其电磁加热部分也适用于本标准。本标准不适用于：——家用电磁灶；——专为工业用途而设计的电磁灶；——在有腐蚀性或爆炸性空气（粉尘、蒸汽或可燃气）等特殊状态的场所使用的器具
