标准简介

本标准规定了用经典的宏量肉汤稀释方法(Broth Macrodilution method)检测抗酵母样真菌的最小抑菌浓度(Minimal Inhibitory Concentration,MIC)的参考方法,并推荐了与本参考方法的结果具有良好一致性的微量肉汤稀释方法(Broth Microdilution method)。本标准适用于酵母及酵母样真菌(引起的深部真菌感染)的药物敏感性试验,包括念珠菌属Candida spp.(含光滑念珠菌C.glabrata)和新生隐球菌Cryptococcus neoformens。不适用双相真菌,如皮炎芽生菌Blastomyces dermatitidis荚膜组织胞浆菌Histoplasma capsulatum荚膜亚种
