标准简介

本标准规定了用经典的宏量肉汤稀释方法（Broth Macrodilution method）检测抗酵母样真菌的最小抑菌浓度（Minimal Inhibitory Concentration,MIC）的参考方法，并推荐了与本参考方法的结果具有良好一致性的微量肉汤稀释方法（Broth Microdilution method）。本标准适用于酵母及酵母样真菌（引起的深部真菌感染）的药物敏感性试验，包括念珠菌属Candida spp.(含光滑念珠菌C.glabrata)和新生隐球菌Cryptococcus neoformens。不适用双相真菌，如皮炎芽生菌Blastomyces dermatitidis荚膜组织胞浆菌Histoplasma capsulatum荚膜亚种
