标准简介

SY/T 6423的本部分规定了埋弧(SAW)钢管、电焊(EW)钢管焊缝的超声横波(由常规或相控阵技术产生)检测的要求。对于SAW钢管,包括方向主要平行于焊缝的缺欠,或者依据协议方向垂直于焊缝的缺欠或者两个方向的缺欠检测。对于EW钢管,包括方向主要平行于焊缝的缺欠的检测。对于纵向缺欠,可由制造商选择采用兰姆波检测。EW钢管焊缝缺欠可采用周向超声法检测。本部分适用于SAW钢管、EW钢管的检测,也适用于圆形空心部件的检测
