本标准规定了食品中丙酸、山梨酸、苯甲酸、脱氢乙酸、对羟基苯甲酸乙丙酯、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、对羟基苯甲酸异丁酯、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯和对羟基苯甲酸丁酯多种防腐剂的气相色谱检测和制样方法。本标准适用于盐渍辣椒、方便面、大酱、牛奶、盐渍菇、橙汁、糕点、酱油、果酒和盐渍蕨菜等食品中多种防腐剂含量的测定
