标准简介

SN/T 3729本部分规定了出口食品及饮料中山楂成分的实时荧光PCR检测方法。本部分适用于果汁、果酱及其他以水果为原辅料的食品中山楂成分的定性检测。本部分所规定方法的最低检出限（LOD）为1%（质量分数）
