标准简介

本标准规定了采用看谱分析方法鉴别钛合金牌号的方法原理、仪器及工作条件和鉴别步骤。本标准适用于TA5、TA6、TB2、TB3、TC1、TC2等25个钛合金牌号的鉴别。25个钛合金牌号以外的加工钛合金牌号，只要其合金元素种类是在25个钛合金牌号所列的元素种类范围内，且合金元素的含量(质量分数)在相关元素半定量测定强度标所界定的含量范围内，也可参照应用
