本部分规定了通信局（站）电源、空调及环境集中监控管理系统（以下简称监控系统）的系统组成、监控内容、系统管理、硬件配置、软件功能、系统维护等要求。本部分技术要求适用于通信局（站）单独设置的通信电源、空调及环境集中监控管理系统以及在此基础上构成的不同规模的监控系统网络。采用通信网元提供的干接点传输进行监控系统组网时,除传输组网方式外，其它功能应遵循本部分规定
