标准简介

本部分适用于外径(OD)不小子60.3mm、长度大于单倍尺长的符合GB/T 9711,API Spec 5L或ISO 3183要求的管线钢管的铁路运输。本部分包括涂层钢管与非涂层钢管,但不包括避免钢管涂层损伤的装载方法。本部分是对国家相关部门现有运输规则的补充。本部分是为便于购方和制造商装载和运输钢管而制定的,经过双方协商也可使用其他的装载和运输的补充规定
