标准简介

本部分规定了制冷设备的材料、设计、检查、试验、制造、包装、安装、运输、装卸、贮存、保管、质量保证、铭牌及记录等方面的技术要求。本部分适用于核电厂制备维持运行人员可居留性、厂房环境温度和核电站各工艺系统冷却或加热所需的冷冻水、热水或空气的蒸气压缩循环制冷设备,包括核岛及相配套设施的工艺和空调用蒸气压缩式冷水机组、蒸气压缩式热泵机组和直接蒸发式制冷机组。本部分的要求适用于制冷设备,不包括由于未说明材料的腐蚀、侵蚀或不稳定所引起的在役恶化的准则,这些准则应在技术规格书中从设备设计的寿期、设备使用的最终目的及设备所安装的系统要求等方面来考虑。本部分仅给出制冷设备配带的仪表和控制系统的一般要求,不给出仪表和控制部件的设计要求和材料要求。本部分不给出制冷设备尺寸方面的要求,不适用于设备所安装的系统设计方面的要求。本部分不给出系统单一故障准则或者冗余度要求。本部分不给出开启式制冷设备的驱动机构或者驱动器方面的要求。本部分不给出制冷剂输送系统中泵和压缩机的要求。本部分不给出制冷系统中所使用制冷剂直接蒸发式空气冷却盘管的要求。本部分不包括的边界从制冷剂分配器的入口到盘管的出口管嘴
