标准简介

本标准规定了连续油管井控设备、连续油管管串和接头、井下止回阀装置、弹性密封件与钢性密封件、节流管汇与节流管线、压井管线、泵送管线、连续油管地面设备、井控设备检测、井控设备操作系统、作业计划和准备。本标准不涉及采用压井方法进行的井控作业。本标准适用于连续油管修井作业用井控设备总成、相关井控作业、和配套使用下列设备实现的连续油管钻井作业:——符合GB/T 22513和SY/T 6663要求的采油树、——符合GB/T 22513要求的地面井口自喷装置和测试井口、——符合GB/T 22512.1和/或API 5CT要求的钻杆或带接头的管柱。下述作业不适用于本标准:——不带采油树(或地面测试井口)的连续油管修井作业、——不带采油树(或地面测试井口)的连续油管钻井作业、——油管外径小于19 mm (3/4in)的油管修井作业、——反循环作业
