标准简介

本标准规定了核电厂运行文文件的种类、编制内容和文件的审批等,可用于核电厂从工程建设阶段转运行阶段期间建立生产运行相关的技术和管理文件时参考。本标准中核电厂运行文件的范围主要是为适应和满足国家核安全法规《核动力厂运行安全规定》(HAF103)要求而需要核电厂营运单位编制或维护的生产技术和管理文件。核电厂设计、制造、安装、调试阶段产生的文件经移交后属于核电厂档案的一部分,有关部分文件的产生、编制和执行遵守相关的标准,在本网中不予规定
