标准简介

为了统一火力发电厂、变电站及其附属设施测量的技术要求,做到技术先进、经济合理、质量可靠、安全适用,制定本标准。本标准适用于火力发电厂、变电站及其附属设施的新建、改建和扩建工程的设计阶段、施工阶段和运行阶段的测量工作。本标准以中误差作为衡量侧量精度的标准,以二倍中误差作为极限误差。测量工作除应符合本标准的规定外,尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定
