本标准规定了风力发电设备服役所处的环境参数组分级及其严酷等级。本标准适用于在我国各地区(参见GB/T 4797.1)使用的风力发电设备。本标准仅规定直接影响产品的环境条件、但不描述这些环境条件对产品的具体影响。本标准所描述的环境条件、不包括贮存、运输和安装、这类条件的规定见相关标准和技术规范。本标准不考虑由着火、爆破和离子辐射造成的环境条件和其他意外事故造成的环境条件。在特殊情况下、应考虑这些因素发生的几率
