标准简介

本标准规定了食品接触材料高分子材料中2，4-二氨基-6-羟基嘧啶在食品模拟物中迁移量的高效液相色谱检测方法。本标准适用于食品模拟物蒸馏水、3 （质量分数）乙酸溶液、10％（体积分数）乙醇溶液、橄榄油中2，4-二氨基-6-羟基嘧啶的测定。食品模拟物3％（质量浓度）乙酸溶液、10%（体积分数）乙醇溶液中2，4二氨基-6-羟基测定低限：1．0mg／kg，蒸馏水中2，4-二氨基-6-羟基嘧啶测低限：2.0mg／kg，橄榄油中2，4-二氨基-6-羟基嘧测定低限:2.5mg／kg
