标准简介

本标准规定了用等容燃烧室法测定柴油着火性能的试验方法。本标准适用于常规柴油、油砂基柴油、含有生物柴油的调合燃料、添加十六烷值改进剂的柴油、低硫柴油,符合GB 252和B 19147的普通和车用柴油。本标准也适用于柴油调合组分着火性能的测量。本标准通过向充有加热压缩空气、且体积恒定的燃烧室中直接喷射柴油来测量着火滞后期。利用公式计算出表示柴油着火性能的指标—导出十六烷值。该公式是通过关联着火滞后期与GB/T 386所测定的十六烷值、而建立的计算导出十六烷值的经验公式。本标准测定的着火滞后期范围是3.1ms～6.5 ms,对应的导出十六烷值的范围64～33。采用本标准能测量出更短或更长的着火滞后期,但精密度可能会受到影响
