本标准规定了以电化学二次电池作为电能存储载体的并网型储能系统的测试条件、内容、设备、方法和步骤等。本标准适用于接入35kV及以下电压等级配电网,额定功率100kW及以上且以额定功率放电时间15min及以上的储能系统。其他类型的储能系统可参照执行
