本标准规定了葡萄酒中挥发性酯类的静态顶空-气相色谱测定方法。本标准适用于葡萄酒中乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、乙酸异戊酯、己酸乙酯组分的测定。本标准方法的检出限（mg/L）分别为：乙酸乙酯,0.2；乙酸丁醇, 0.1；乙酸异戊酯, 0.4；己酸乙酯, 0.6
