SN/T 0247的本部分规定了对出口电机的要求、检验及判定。本部分适用于旋转电机的出口检验。本部分不列举所有具体产品的标准，为了适用于特殊用途电机而必须对本部分的某些条文（检验项目、检测方法、技术指标）进行修改时，则所有其他条文在其能适用时仍然有效
