标准简介

本标准规定了对中华绒螯蟹螺原体病原分离、纯化以及PCR检测的方法。本标准适用于中华绒螯蟹螺等水生甲壳动物(包括中华绒鳌蟹Eriocheir sinensis、凡纳滨对虾Litopenaeus uannamei、克氏原鳌虾Procambarus clarkii、罗氏沼虾Macrobrachium rosenbergii,下文均是以中华绒鳌蟹为对象)中华绒螯蟹螺原体感染的流行病学调查、检疫和监测
