本规范适用于220kV及以上电压等级的电力系统继电保护设计，主要包括线路保护、变压器保护、高压并联电抗器保护、串联电容补偿装置保护、短引线及T区保护、母线保护、断路器失灵保护、远方跳闸及过电压保护、重合闸、母联（分段）保护及断路器辅助保护、故障录波器、故障测距、继电保护及故障信息管理子站
