标准简介

本标准给出了水利信息系统运行维护总体要求,并规定了水利信息系统运行维护服务的体系架构、工作内容、过程管理、组织体系及保障措施。本标准适用于水利行业各单位组织、实施、监督和考核信息系统运行维护工作;适用于水利行业各信息系统运行维护管理机构组织、监督、考核运行维护工作。适用于水利信息系统运行维护服务机构建立运行维护服务体系、开展运行维护工作。涉密信息系统的运行维护除遵循本标准外,还应符合有关保密管理规定
