本标准规定了起重机械用不锈钢电阻器的术语和定义、分类、正常工作条件、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输及贮存。本标准适用于额定电压交流1140V及以下（频率为50Hz或60Hz），或直流1500V及以下的起重机械的起动、调速和制动用电阻器，调整电路参数（例如电流）和电能转变成热能的电阻器
