标准简介

为规范混凝土坝安全监测工作，及时获取准确、完整的监测资料，监控大坝安全，掌握大坝运行规律，指导大坝施工及运行，反馈设计，特制定本规范。本规范适用于1级、2级、3级混凝土坝以及对大坝安全有重大影响的近坝岸坡和其他与大坝安全有直接关系的建筑物的仪器监测和巡视检查。混凝土坝的建筑物级别按《水电枢纽工程等级划分及设计安全标准》DL 5180执行。混凝土坝的安全监测设计应加强总体规划，明确监测目的，确定重点监测部位及监测项目。仪器监测应与巡视检查相结合。获取监测资料后，应及时对监测资料进行整编，并结合地质条件和工程特点进行综合分析。混凝土坝安全监测除执行本规范外，尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定
