SN/T 4346的本部分规定了国境口岸针对烈性接触性传播传染病的一线工作人员个人防护要求，包括防护用品的选择、分级防护的原则、防护用品的正确使用方法、疑似病例的防护、手的消毒方法。本部分适用于国境口岸一线检疫人员及卫生处理人员和操作灭活处理材料的实验室工作人员对烈性接触性传播传染病如埃博拉病毒的防护。本部分不适用于病毒培养及动物感染操作的实验室工作人员对烈性接触性传播传染病如埃博拉病毒的防护
