标准简介

本标准规定了在锚泊状态、停靠在岸边码头或航行状态下的液化天然气（L.NG）运输船舶之间并靠式船对船的I.NG输送作业要求，主要考虑并靠式L.NG船对船输送操作过程中的技术和安全问题。本标准适用于海船之间的LNG输送作业。海船和沿岸水域液化天然气再气化船（L.NGRV）或者液化天然气浮式储存和卸载船（FSOs）之间输送操作时，可参照本标准。本标准同样可作为一艘船舶失去动力或搁浅时，编制船对船输送作业应急程序的指导性文件。根据每个紧急事件的特殊性,可采取与本标准所述细节不同的必要应急程序
