标准简介

本部分的适用范围是为实现调度运行目的所需的过程信息的实时交换。这种过程信息的实时交换发生在采用基于CDC数据模型(如DL/T 860 )的变电站和采用符合DL/T 634.5101或DL/T 634.5104定义的广域网(WAN)通信链路的主站。变电站网关设备提供的实时信息总量将随着运行需求的变化而变化。参与者可以是区域性的和全国性的控制中心，他们通过接收实时信息实现广域的监控。本标准所描述的映射能够用于电力公用事业的多种应用领域，例如变电站、水力和风力发电厂、分布式能源DER。该映射基于以下标准系列的定义:DL/T 860版本1.0, DL/T 634.5104-2009和DL/T 634.5101-2002a DL/T634.5104和DL/T 634.5101映射子集的范围在第8章叙述
